Are your toys safe for young children?

Yes, all our products are crafted from high-quality, safe materials that meet stringent safety standards. We prioritize the safety of children, ensuring that our toys support essential developmental milestones while providing a fun play experience. Following tests been completed for compliance.

  • AS/NZS ISO 8124-3:2003

(Australian Trade Practice Act 1974 with Consumer Protection Notice no. 1, 2009 -Consumer Product Safety Standard for Lead and certain elements in children’s toys.)- Toxic elements test

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. You will need to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Australia typically takes between 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that handling time is 2-3 business days before your order is dispatched.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Australia Post, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery until it arrives.

What if I change my mind about my purchase?

If you change your mind, you can return the item within 30 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of 2% may apply.
